Coffee is hazardous??

Everyone has their own verdict and opinion regarding health cautious facts. Nonetheless, sometimes these misleading facts create myths and eventually become a taboo in society. 

I would like to share one infamous myth regarding coffee intake. 

Some say coffee is not good for health and some say otherwise.

Basically these two opinions are right. 

GOOD- yes, coffee is good for our health. The sufficient amount of coffee can help to protect our body from cancer cells. (I read this somewhere)

UNHEALTHY- it's hazardous if the intake is excessive and more than what your body could take.

I repeat EXCESSIVE!!

Today I woke up and flipped over an NST and stated in the LIFE&TIMES Health section was an interesting write up about MYTH DEBUNK by Michael Mosley. He posits a few counter arguments regarding health related myths that have been floating around for too long. One of it is about Coffee. His view is based on numerous retrospective studies where the benefits of coffee is carefully studied.

A report from "The Relationship of Coffee Consumption With Mortality" which was published in Annal of Internal Medicine" had found that moderate coffee intake appears to be mildly protective to our body. (This is what written in the section and I am not making it up)

So what is an ideal coffee intake?

It is suggested in the study and also other studies that the "most effective dose" is from 2 to 5 cups per day. Any additional more than that, all benefits for your health drop off. 

While some easily dozing off although they consume regardless of how much coffee, others might suffer the side effects of insomnia after taking the a good sip. 

Well, science always has the answer. Scientists figured out that caffeine has less effects if our liver produces TONS of enzyme CYPIA2. The higher level of enzyme CYPIA2, the more speedy clearance of caffeine out from our body. Hence, coffee seems do not have its effect to our sleeping rotation.

Mineral Coffee

I am a coffee lover and I am very particular with my choice. Not to thick, not to sweet, less sugar, less cream, less caffeine and the most important one it has to be AROMATIC! If not, it shouldn't be called COFFEE at all. Well, don't get me wrong, the choice differs to everyone's liking. 

Since I found my all time favourite coffee, MINERAL COFFEE, I would like to share a few useful info on this product. Many have also asked about its benefits to our health and well being, therefore, fret not I will explain everything. 

First of all why is it called as MINERAL??

This is the specialty about this coffee which is none you can find in any other instant or 3 in 1 coffee in the market. Mineral coffee is called as it is because of sufficient level of magnesium contains in the blend. Magnesium is an important electrolyte to help the absorption of calcium into our body and prevent the possibility of cramp and numbness. Moreveover, a unique combination or mixture between Robusta coffee bean and bamboo salt has produced an aromatic and soothing scent.

I bet this really makes you wonder. We put sugar in coffee but not SALT. 

This is not weird but totally genius. POWER UP SESSION GLAM KELANTAN

For the first time yesterday, GLAM conducted power up sessions simultaneously with tens of glampreneurs in Johor and Kelantan. 

Overwhelmed by the commitment and teamwork, I didn't miss the chance to attend the session. So, right after the school was over, I took a long drive to Platinum Chamber, Habib Hotel Kota Bharu. 

Although it was drizzle and freezing cold outside, it didn't stop Glampreneurs to fill in the spots in order to seek for knowledge and training from the GLAM leaders. I believe that hardwork, perseverance and sacrifice will be paid off if we are committed and do things by heart. 

Last night session was emceed by DDM Najiha who just got her first BMW 3 Series today. She is just one and a half year in this business but she already secured 5 figure income. Well done sis. 

Those who attended the session were lucky as CDM Murshida or Cik Cida has revealed the secret tips on how to generate 5k - 10k with our hot product, MINERAL COFFEE therefore qualify for a FREE trip to Gold Coast, Australia. 

DDM Ajue Rashid and DDM Zaer Ali were on duty to give testimonial about their life changing experience while endeavouring in this business. Both are IT experts who work for big companies like MESIN NIAGA but they never let the opportunity slips away but instead they headed for it. 

Last but not the least, CDM Sha Khalid took over CDM Hanis'  spot to give a motivational speech to all glampreneurs. Injection and insightful tips were shared to ensure we are on the right track and to boost our motivation to strive more and achieve more. 

I would like to pick up a point made by CDM Sha Khalid and translated as follow:

 "focus on one business can empower the trust from the customers and people around us rather than jumping from one to another". 

It is true since the "jump" just show inconsistency and lack of focus in business. This is similar to what CDM Hanis Haizi has mentioned for countless of time;

"BUAT BISNES SAMPAI JADI"

Once we stop and shifting back and forth, the momentum will be slowing down as well as the TRUST. 

All in all, last night session was truly an inspiring and exciting session for all of us, glampreneurs kelantan. Nothing can make leaders proud  but to see their proteges succeed and follow their steps. I hope this can be a good stepping stone for all of us to strive more in the future.

Expanding and strong!!  Are You Ready????

After three years in business world, Green Leaders Academy Malaysia (GLAM) has spreaded its wing not only to local scene but also has gone global.

GLAM is leaded and co-founded by CDM Hanis Haizi and CDM Razali Zain taught us that nothing is imposibble if we put passion, teamwork and hardwork into our business.

Started off with GLAM central which is currently in the heart of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, #GLAMexpansion has landed in most of Malaysia region. Adding to that, we have now established a few training centres for business partners in GLAM Sabah , GLAM Utara, GLAM Terengganu, GLAM Johor.

Our achievement is continuously prolonged with the expansion into global market. We currently expanded our wings to GLAM Brunei and GLAM Qatar and GLAM Singapore. As of today, the success story is still going on and soon to be, GLAM will be expanding to Indonesia and Australia. Insyallah.

Like I said before, the preserverance, hardwork and teamwork (most importantly) have put us at the TOP. This could not be realized if every single one of us didn't enough effort and commitment to realize our dream and ambition. Galaxy Team "O" Group Retreat

As promised, blog updated!!!

Anyway, last friday night we had enough joy and fun celebrating high achievers from GLAM. Echoing the success story was a cool retreat sponsored by our leader DDM Ajue Rashid and her husband, Bro Shahril, just for Galaxy team members. So right after the GLAM Award, we headed to Country Heights Kajang. The journey to this very place was indeed a “jawsdropping” one as all of us were drooling over rows of big mansions as if we were in the middle of Hollywood famous stars' hub.

Anyway, back to business, the purpose of this retreat was mainly on “O” group session between Galaxy team members. FYI, O group session is a platform where sharing between leaders and members take place mainly to present testimonials and discuss about business startegy. Also, members will have opportunity to have a say regarding the problems faced all this while and others will contribute and suggest ways of rectifying those problems.

Being lucky enough, the retreat turned to be so meaningful and resourceful. It was meaningful as our team members came all the way from different part of Malaysia for this session. 

From east to the west, north to south. We gathered for one reason, "knowledge".

Our leader DDM Ajue Rashid has also been so generous to give all of us a token of appreciation. It was indeed a lovely gesture Kak Jue. The thought behind this gift was not the price and how fancy it was but it rather serves to motivate us to strive more in this business. Not to mention, the O session was resourceful as sharing by our leader has given us ample imformation regarding new marketing strategy and product knowledge. It's up to us now to practice what we preached for.

GLAM Award (September)

It feels good to write again. Long story short, last weekend the best weekend gateway to date. EVER!!!

The weekend kick off starts with  GLAM AWARD on Friday.

It is a known fact or tradition that awards and rewards are meant to those who have achieved best in what they do best. As usual, Green Leaders Academy (GLAM) has never failed to give reward and a token of appreciation to entrepreneurs or GLAM members who have achieved excellent and tremendous milestone in this business. 

In this september issue (hehe...mcm vogue magazine pulak kn..), DDMs are entitled to receive a signature engraved Swarovski Pen and as for 100G achievers, they will receive COACH pouch from GLAM founders CDM Hanis Haizi and CDM Razali Zain. 

 I am glad and excited to announce that my mentor DDM Ajue Rashid swept away both awards proudly. This iron lady is a mother to 4 wonderful children who have full heartedly committed to helping her business partners to achieve as similar as or more than what she had achieved. DDM Ajue Rashid has been a great example or leader to others in Galaxy Team.

For that, gazillion congratulations to Kak Jue. May Allah bestow more opportunities to our team.
