Beyond Comfort Zone

Salam everyone!

I think most of us have lived and get used to our comfort zone. 

The thought to move beyond our comfort zone is never taken place in our cognitive as:

We are afraid of risks

We are afraid of challenges

We are afraid of changes

OR

We simply rested on lame excuses:

"Hidup I dah selesa, tak perlu ubah apa-apa dah"

"takpelah gaji sikit janji cukup-cukup makan"

Are those WORDS in the circle portray "COMFORT" in your life?

NOT???

I am not one for phrases or word of wisdom but this assert from a source really caught my attention. 

It reads:

 " there is no comfort in growth zone, and there is no growth in comfort zone"

WHY??

TRUE ENOUGH

Milestone, tremendous achievement, awards, wealth and etc can be achieved if you put your heart and effort  to get out from you comfort zone

It is like this analogy

Yes, you have a ship but you never use it to sail. 

How do you measure its efficiency if you don't even ride it?

 Similarly, we never know our true potential unless we take the first step to unleash it. 

Therefore, do not afraid to step out from your comfort zone. 

See where do you stand now and reflect what's the best for you.

Business trip to Northern Coast

21st  December till 23rd December 2012, I had my second business trip to Northern Coast after Johore.This time around I was accompanied by  DSM Ajue Rashid for our business meeting with clients and business coaching with our business partners in Kedah and Penang. 

I departed around 8.00 a.m from Shah Alam and arrived in Alor Setar at 1.00 p.m after a heavy traffic congestion. (igt bertolak awal pagi nk elak jam tp TETAPPPPPPP ye jammed!). 

Sampai je I terus prepare materials and siap-siapkan diri sebab that day alone ade dua business appointments with clients in Alor Setar Mall. Lets check it out!

First appointment with Hizriyan (the far right), second with Linda (third from the left). 

The next day, I had two appointments. First, I had a personal coaching session in the morning with lovely ladies and business partners Kak Ajue Rashid and Intan Farvin. Weols talk over the coffee table gituh (eh! btol x ayat ni?haha)

Right after the coaching session, I rushed to the hotel and prepare to depart to Seberang Jaya to Ezzanie (a young and talented interior designer who has a well known interior design business in Seberang Jaya, Penang and Kedah). We met at De Pauh, a famous restaurant which serves a mixture of local and western cuisine. 

 

"Dah datang Utara ni tak sah la kalau tak pekena nasi kandaq". Therefore, I ordered a plate full of gravy-licious before I headed back to my hometown.

"100G awards: Once in a lifetime"

I knew this way too long ago and I resisted to create a post specially dedicated to my leader DSM Ajue Rashid for her tremendous achievement recently. 

It's a great closing for November indeed as she grabbed 100G award. The award that is given to those who made RM100,00 sales per month (this award is very hard to get but sweet to remember). 

For that, DSM Ajue Rashid has won herself a special designer's pouch from Emilio Pucci. An award that is specially presented by Green Leaders Group founder CDM Hanis Haizi for GLG members only (sangat exclusive okayyy!hehe)

It is so fortunate being in Green Leaders Group because every achievement will be rewarded accordingly. Final say, CONGRATS DSM Ajue Rashid from me and the rest of the team. We are so proud of you!

Senior Sales Managers in November 2012

Alhamdulillah Ya Allah, baru dua bulan buat business premium beautiful and biozone, segala penat lelah, perit merih, cabaran demi cabaran berbaloi dengan anugerah ini. I am finally promoted to be a Senior Sales Manager in 2 months exact. YAyyyyyyyy!! Rasa nk menjerit kuat-kuat mcm ni 

(kalah Ning Baizura ok!)

The best part is I am not the one who got promoted but my business partner, Farouk Shah, are also appointed as Senior Sales Manager as well. So nanti weols akn naik pentas and ambil awards sama-sama, Insyallah. Congrats to both of us!!

(I know, cantek kn? ok bye.hahaha)

Haaa..dh naik pangkat ape yg weols dpt? Of course, our bonus rate has increased.

Yang bestnye, dapat lagi hadiah from our beloved leader iatu bakal DDM Ajue Rashid. Apa die? Penginapan percuma 2 hari satu mlm ni Hotel bertaraf bintang di mana-mana kami nak.

I know this is just the beginning and there are still many obstacles to come. Our journey in this business is still far and there are still many things need to be learnt. I realized that with bigger position, then comes great responsibility. 

However, I am not afraid as I have my team and business partners who are the backbone of my business and leader from Green Leaders Group especially CDM Hanis Haizi, CDM Razali Zain and DSM Ajue Rashid who are continuously support and teach us how to grow professionally. 

May all the experiences that I have gathered beforehand help me to grow more professionally in this business so that I can help all my business partners achieve the same. 

Next target is Diamond Sales Manager and I am closer to the target now! Let's strive!

Many not know that crops that untouched by pests contains high level of poison. Nowadays, commercial sectors that grow and produce the vegetables use a lot of chemical fertilizer for pest control without considering of its consequences to human's health.

I've listened to Rihanna's songs since I was in college years as a student.

 Since then, Rihanna never fails to sing such good ear candies (apart from the nightmare with ex-reconciled-boyfie that shut her for a quite some time).

 Recently, her latest hit "Diamond" has created quite a buzz in entertainment world. This song is catchy enough and suits to my liking. What say you?
