Why I suddenly brought up Kang Kung out of blue?
We'll come to that later but this entry for sure is not a cooking entry. hehe
Well it is no doubt that people love "kang kung" for its potential in producing YUMMYLICIOUSdelicacies. For example:
Who does not love stir fried kangkung with prawn paste? I am big fan of it.

Ok. Now back to serious discussion. Generally, we are all aware that vegetables including Kang Kung are great for health but
