POWER UP SESSION GLAM KELANTAN

For the first time yesterday, GLAM conducted power up sessions simultaneously with tens of glampreneurs in Johor and Kelantan. 

Overwhelmed by the commitment and teamwork, I didn't miss the chance to attend the session. So, right after the school was over, I took a long drive to Platinum Chamber, Habib Hotel Kota Bharu. 

Although it was drizzle and freezing cold outside, it didn't stop Glampreneurs to fill in the spots in order to seek for knowledge and training from the GLAM leaders. I believe that hardwork, perseverance and sacrifice will be paid off if we are committed and do things by heart. 

Last night session was emceed by DDM Najiha who just got her first BMW 3 Series today. She is just one and a half year in this business but she already secured 5 figure income. Well done sis. 

Those who attended the session were lucky as CDM Murshida or Cik Cida has revealed the secret tips on how to generate 5k - 10k with our hot product, MINERAL COFFEE therefore qualify for a FREE trip to Gold Coast, Australia. 

DDM Ajue Rashid and DDM Zaer Ali were on duty to give testimonial about their life changing experience while endeavouring in this business. Both are IT experts who work for big companies like MESIN NIAGA but they never let the opportunity slips away but instead they headed for it. 

Last but not the least, CDM Sha Khalid took over CDM Hanis'  spot to give a motivational speech to all glampreneurs. Injection and insightful tips were shared to ensure we are on the right track and to boost our motivation to strive more and achieve more. 

I would like to pick up a point made by CDM Sha Khalid and translated as follow:

 "focus on one business can empower the trust from the customers and people around us rather than jumping from one to another". 

It is true since the "jump" just show inconsistency and lack of focus in business. This is similar to what CDM Hanis Haizi has mentioned for countless of time;

"BUAT BISNES SAMPAI JADI"

Once we stop and shifting back and forth, the momentum will be slowing down as well as the TRUST. 

All in all, last night session was truly an inspiring and exciting session for all of us, glampreneurs kelantan. Nothing can make leaders proud  but to see their proteges succeed and follow their steps. I hope this can be a good stepping stone for all of us to strive more in the future.

Expanding and strong!!  Are You Ready????

After three years in business world, Green Leaders Academy Malaysia (GLAM) has spreaded its wing not only to local scene but also has gone global.

GLAM is leaded and co-founded by CDM Hanis Haizi and CDM Razali Zain taught us that nothing is imposibble if we put passion, teamwork and hardwork into our business.

Started off with GLAM central which is currently in the heart of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, #GLAMexpansion has landed in most of Malaysia region. Adding to that, we have now established a few training centres for business partners in GLAM Sabah , GLAM Utara, GLAM Terengganu, GLAM Johor.

Our achievement is continuously prolonged with the expansion into global market. We currently expanded our wings to GLAM Brunei and GLAM Qatar and GLAM Singapore. As of today, the success story is still going on and soon to be, GLAM will be expanding to Indonesia and Australia. Insyallah.

Like I said before, the preserverance, hardwork and teamwork (most importantly) have put us at the TOP. This could not be realized if every single one of us didn't enough effort and commitment to realize our dream and ambition. Not to forget, the continuous guidance from successful leaders and mentors has also been a strong backbone to our expansion into global market.

Galaxy Team "O" Group Retreat

As promised, blog updated!!!

Anyway, last friday night we had enough joy and fun celebrating high achievers from GLAM. Echoing the success story was a cool retreat sponsored by our leader DDM Ajue Rashid and her husband, Bro Shahril, just for Galaxy team members. So right after the GLAM Award, we headed to Country Heights Kajang. The journey to this very place was indeed a “jawsdropping” one as all of us were drooling over rows of big mansions as if we were in the middle of Hollywood famous stars' hub.

Anyway, back to business, the purpose of this retreat was mainly on “O” group session between Galaxy team members. FYI, O group session is a platform where sharing between leaders and members take place mainly to present testimonials and discuss about business startegy. Also, members will have opportunity to have a say regarding the problems faced all this while and others will contribute and suggest ways of rectifying those problems.

Being lucky enough, the retreat turned to be so meaningful and resourceful. It was meaningful as our team members came all the way from different part of Malaysia for this session. 

From east to the west, north to south. We gathered for one reason, "knowledge".

Our leader DDM Ajue Rashid has also been so generous to give all of us a token of appreciation. It was indeed a lovely gesture Kak Jue. The thought behind this gift was not the price and how fancy it was but it rather serves to motivate us to strive more in this business. Not to mention, the O session was resourceful as sharing by our leader has given us ample imformation regarding new marketing strategy and product knowledge. It's up to us now to practice what we preached for.

Hi peeps!I rarely post an entry early in the morning like this and I also rarely woke up listening to Malay songs (there is no specific reason why is that so)

However, I woke up this morning and suddenly this kind of melancholic melody stirred my mind for a while and it can't get out. Curse this song for making it stuck so bad in listener's schemata (but of course in a good way.hehehe)

Have you ever heard of this current pop sensation duo?  They call it SLEEQ but not SLEEK.hehe

Go figure. 

This is the latest hit, I think, from both of them. A collaboration with local-made-singaporean-born actor, Aaron Aziz.

 I LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEE this song. It might sound so easy-going-kinda song but it DOES give motivation to do what you like for the sake of people you care of.

Sekitar SM and SSM Award 2013

Alhamdulillah, this is a great opening for 2013, a booster to do better and achieve more. 

This can also be a good stepping stone for me and the rest of the team.

SO WHAT's HAPPENED?

Long story short, I received an award from Hai O Marketing for the first time ever since I've debuted in Premium Beautiful and Biozone business with Green Leaders Group (GLG).

 Sweet enough, time this around I was accompanied by great leaders and business partners who are willing to come and support us who received awards for that day.

The event took place in "Menara PGRM" Cheras (near my former school, Alam Shah Science School).

Since this is the first time I received an award, I was contemplating of choosing which and which. 
I need everything to be perfect from head to toe (pergi caras rambut kt Salon Jentzen, baju siap gosok dua malam dh..hahaha..anxious sgt). 
There were episodes of trying-and-error-mix-and-match of course. In the end, I preferred "less is more".

Before heading to the hall, I had some candid moments with lovely ladies Kak Jue, Kak Hanis and Kak Aimiey and the rest of the team. Snap!!!!!!! All looked gorgeous with those dresses.

Now, these two pictures mean a lot to me and honestly I was surprised really. Right after I stepped down from the stage, I was warmly congratulated by my mentors; DSM Ajue Rashid, CDM Hanis Haizi and CDM Razali Zain personally. I never thought they would wait down there and support us but they did. I felt so comfortable having these people around. Thank to you all.

~ANOTHER GREAT NEWS~

 I will be receiving another award in July 2013. What makes it even sweeter is 7 of my business partners will get on the stage and rock it like a boss as well. Well done guys. I am waiting for the day to come. Of course all of these does not come easily without clear path and support from the right mentors and group. For that, I thank to GLG. 

Above all of it, I thank to Allah for giving me such a wonderful experience and opportunity to improve myself and the fate of my family. May He will guide me further. 

Beyond Comfort Zone

I think most of us have lived and get used to our comfort zone. 

The thought to move beyond our comfort zone is never taken place in our cognitive as:

We are afraid of risks

We are afraid of challenges

We are afraid of changes

OR

We simply rested on lame excuses:

"Hidup I dah selesa, tak perlu ubah apa-apa dah"

"takpelah gaji sikit janji cukup-cukup makan"

I am not one for phrases or word of wisdom but this assert from a source really caught my attention.

WHY??

TRUE ENOUGH

Milestone, tremendous achievement, awards, wealth and etc can be achieved if you put your heart and effort  to get out from you comfort zone

 Similarly, we never know our true potential unless we take the first step to unleash it. 

Therefore, do not afraid to step out from your comfort zone.

Business trip to Northern Coast

21st  December till 23rd December 2012, I had my second business trip to Northern Coast after Johore.This time around I was accompanied by  DSM Ajue Rashid for our business meeting with clients and business coaching with our business partners in Kedah and Penang. 

I departed around 8.00 a.m from Shah Alam and arrived in Alor Setar at 1.00 p.m after a heavy traffic congestion. (igt bertolak awal pagi nk elak jam tp TETAPPPPPPP ye jammed!). 

Sampai je I terus prepare materials and siap-siapkan diri sebab that day alone ade dua business appointments with clients in Alor Setar Mall. Lets check it out!

First appointment with Hizriyan (the far right), second with Linda (third from the left). 

The next day, I had two appointments. First, I had a personal coaching session in the morning with lovely ladies and business partners Kak Ajue Rashid and Intan Farvin. Weols talk over the coffee table gituh (eh! btol x ayat ni?haha)

(ok gambar ni ada sejarah nya sampai kena snap 3x..hanya weols je yang tahu.hehehe)

Right after the coaching session, I rushed to the hotel and prepare to depart to Seberang Jaya to Ezzanie (a young and talented interior designer who has a well known interior design business in Seberang Jaya, Penang and Kedah). We met at De Pauh, a famous restaurant which serves a mixture of local and western cuisine. 

 

"Dah datang Utara ni tak sah la kalau tak pekena nasi kandaq". Therefore, I ordered a plate full of gravy-licious before I headed back to my hometown.

Pernah ingat kata-kata dia masa kelas kt GLAM "nk x beli beg prada ibarat mcm beli sayur?" 

Dalam hati dok menjerit "NAKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!"

Start daripada situ, I terus tekad untuk buat sehabis baik in this business & tak nak toleh-toleh belakang lagi.

Alhamdulillah, I dah belajar step by step from her and as well as my business partner a.k.a leader DSM Ajue Rashid untuk capai apa yang I nak selama ni iatu: 

"Financial Freedom"

And of course, untuk capai income macam ni, kita perlu berusaha ye bukan nye duduk goyang kaki kt rumah & harap duit masuk akaun je. Itu adalah helah skim sesetengah syarikat pelaburan yang tidak masuk akal, sbb tu ramai yang tertipu and all. Tetapi tidak bagi  Hai-O Marketing Sdn Bhd, ini BUKAN syarikat pelaburan. Weols jual barang-barang okies! hehehe. 

Kalau kita tengok ramai yang berjaya dalam business seperti CDM Hanis Haizi, CDM Razali Zain, CDM Salha Zain and ramai lagi. 

KENAPA MEREKA BERJAYA?

Mereka ini adalah contoh individu yang kuat berkerja dan gigih. Tidak ada istilah "goyang kaki". Lagi satu, dalam business PB and BiOzone ni, kita perlu pegang pada tiga kunci utama iatu:

Knowledge+Reference+Action = SUCCESS

I FOLLOW THEIR STEPS AND INSYALLAH DENGAN DAYA USAHA DAN IZINNYA, KITA AKAN BERJAYA.

Kadang-kadang benda mcm ni always revolve in our thinking box whenever we have to make a decision. 

I pernah rasa bila nk buat keputusan nk join business Premium Beautiful and BioZone ni. Macam-macam dok fikir sampai ke tahap jd stalker blog-blog orang yang dh berjaya, blog-blog 'haters' dan jugak mcm-mcm link lah dh digodam dan ditelaah (haaaaaaaa...gituh!)

Yelah, nk join business kan tp diri ni xde basic bisnes lgsung mesti takut. Kdg2 ade jugak sindir diri sendiri "dh bagus ke nk buat bisnes bagai ni?"

TETAPI

Sampai bila nak jd penunggu kalau action nye xde langsung. So, I decided to take my very first step into the business and of course I did not start great directly but I learnt along the way. Sampai la ke hari ni, I am so happy that I am heading to be great step by step. 

WHY??

Sebab ada retis fofular mcm mereka ni yang xpernah lelah dan jemu untuk menyokong and memberi segala ilmu dan tunjuk ajar

The only one can change your fate and you life definitely is you.
